One rate on the whole month. Your month’s total managed retailer sales set the rate — under $200,000: 2%; $200,000–$500,000: 1.5%; over $500,000: 1% — and that rate applies to all of that month’s managed sales. A $300,000 month is 1.5% × $300,000 = $4,500.
What sales is the commission based on?
Commission is based on invoiced retailer sales, verified against retailer portal reports. The commission is the same on every plan.
How is the monthly fee set?
By your active SKU count: 1–150, 151–1,000, 1,000+ active SKUs. It is a flat monthly fee, and billing annually saves 20%.
Is there a long-term contract?
Not with monthly billing — monthly plans have no long-term contract. Billing annually saves 20%.
Is every plan fully managed?
Yes. Every plan is a fully managed service: our team handles setup, content, inventory, orders, payments and returns, and you log in to the GEC platform for reporting.
What are the add-on services?
