For wholesalers & importers
You already sell on Home Depot and Wayfair. The numbers should be higher.
You have the retailer accounts. You have the products. What you don't have is a team checking every item, every inventory feed and every listing, every day. That gap is the difference between what you're doing and what you could be doing.
Sound familiar?
Your retailer accounts were set up years ago by whoever was around at the time. Since then, products were added in batches, a few got taken down, and one person on your team uploads the inventory file when they get to it. Nobody has gone item by item since.
So sales sit flat, and you can't tell whether the problem is the product, the price, or the fact that half your catalog isn't actually buyable.
Most wholesalers we audit believe all their products are live and sellable. Most aren't.
What we do for wholesalers
We take over the daily work between you and the retailer. You keep the accounts and the relationships; we do the work inside them.
- Audit every item on every retailer. What's live, what's suppressed, what was never set up, what's missing content. You get the list.
- Fix what's down and finish what's half-done. Every item brought to our web-ready standard — title, bullets, description, 8+ images, video, documents — to each retailer's rules.
- Run your inventory feeds. Accurate stock sent daily, receipt confirmed, mismatches fixed the same day.
- Keep everything live. Every item checked every day. When a retailer pulls one down, we catch it and put it back.
- Run the portals. Purchase orders, remittances, deductions, returns, chargebacks — followed to the dollar.
- Show you the numbers. One login: what sold, what's live, what's ready. No portals to learn.
Then we add the retailers you're not on yet
Once your current accounts are clean and selling, the content is already built. Adding Overstock / Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Lowe's or Costco is a setup job, not a rebuild — and so is any other retailer you sell through; our platform adds a retailer easily. We handle the applications, the data, the shipping configuration and the first POs.
Can't hit Target's 24-hour window from your warehouse? We can.
Our 3PL partners hold your inventory in the US and ship every retailer order within a 24-hour window — $0.01 per cubic foot per day for storage, 5% of revenue for fulfillment. Keep your own warehouse for the retailers it serves well; use ours for the ones that need speed or a second coast.
How it starts
- 1
Free scorecard. Enter your company name and email. We check your products on each retailer and show you what's live, what's missing, and what it's costing you.
- 2
A 30-minute call. We walk through the scorecard and agree what to fix first.
- 3
Onboarding. You give us your SKU list, whatever product data and images you have, and authorized-user access to your retailer portals. We fill the gaps.
- 4
First priority: get everything live. Items down come back up, the inventory feed gets fixed, and you see the tracker every week.
- 5
Then content, then growth. Listings completed retailer by retailer. New retailers added when you're ready.
What this looks like when it works
Williams Imports came to us doing around $10,000 a month online. We set up every item on Home Depot, Wayfair and Amazon, built out the content, and kept it live. Within two years they were doing over $4 million a year, with their best month topping $586,000.
“Do it. They will take care all the background works so you can focus on new products and sales.”
- $10M → $32.5M
- in one year — one client's online sales
- $100M+
- in online sales managed and helped produce — 20+ years
- 25+
- home furnishing brands
This is for you if…
- You already have at least one retailer account — Home Depot, Wayfair, Overstock / Bed Bath & Beyond, Amazon, Walmart, Target, Lowe's or Costco
- You sell home furnishings, décor, lighting, rugs, outdoor or similar
- Your team is small, or spread thin, or you're the one uploading the inventory file
- You know the numbers should be higher and you're tired of guessing why
Probably not for you if…
- Your only problem is paid advertising on the retailer — that's a media agency job
- Every item is live, complete, in stock and shipping on time, and you already know your numbers by retailer
Frequently asked questions
Do we lose control of our retailer accounts?
No. We work inside your existing accounts as an authorized user. The accounts, the buyer relationships and the data stay yours.
Do you need our product data?
Yes — whatever you have: spreadsheets, catalogs, images, old retailer files. We organize it once and fill the gaps: missing dimensions, images, documents, video.
Do you sell our products to the retailers?
No. We're not a rep agency. We make the retailer accounts you already have perform — and get you approved on new ones. If you're looking for someone to represent your line, see our rep-agency partners.
How long before we see a difference?
The first thing we do is get every item that's down back up, because an item that isn't live sells zero. That starts in the first weeks. Content and new retailers follow.
What does it cost?
A monthly plan based on your catalog size plus a small commission on managed sales, capped at a low percentage of monthly sales. Month to month with a setup fee, or annual. See /pricing or book a call.
